The customer should test the software product before
acceptance. Once accepts the software product, it functions

product is not sharing or transferable with any other third
party without notifying the company (FT Computer Solutions).
Customer should agree not to resale, transfer, and share any
part of the SOFTWARE with others. |

liability for consequential damages |
The
customer should agree in no event should the company (FT
Computer Solutions) be liable for any damages whatsoever
(including without limitation, special, indirect damages for
personal injury, loss of business profits, business
interruption, loss of business information) arising out of use
of or inability to use this SOFTWARE. |

warranties |
There
is no warranty on any part of SOFTWARE products. The company
(FT Computer Solutions) would like to help the customer to
solve problems that is occurred in production. The support
service will always available to the customer at a certain
service level agreement. |

The
company (FT Computer Solutions) would like to customize
any part of our software product for meeting your special
business needs under an agreement
contract. We can even customize our product to display
your company's logo and support your special features. |
