| No. We are providing
service like a trading platform or a marketplace. We will not involved in any
kind of settlement. Trading partners should find their own way to
settle the trade. We strongly suggest the seller and buyer to use an
escrow account. It will not only protect the buyer's payment, but also
secure the trade for seller. |
| What is the time zone on your
web site? |
| Our web service is located in New
Jersey, USA. The time used in all our service pages are based on
Eastern Time. |
| Why not
received the User Confirmation letter after I signed up for a while. |
| If you have not
received the user confirmation letter after you signed up for a while,
the email confirmation may be blocked by your ISP email server. You
can choose to sign up again with a different email address, or
contact your ISP to ease the blocker. If a user confirmation letter
is blocked by your ISP email server, it will be sent back to our service department. You can send an email
to service@eptop.com, we will
forward the original user confirmation letter to you. |
| Why I can't log into my account,
after sign-up? |
| You have to use the [First time
login] function with a correct user confirmation code. The
confirmation code is delivered
to your registered email box when you signed up. |
| What I can do if I forget my
password? |
| If you forget your password, you
can reset the password by access [Forget password] function. A
account reference code is required. You can find it in the user
confirmation letter or a monthly statement.
After resetting the password, a new password will be delivered
with a confirmation letter to your registered email address. Then
you can log into your account again, or change it to what you
prefer.

| How can I become a buyer or
seller? |
| Log into your account. Under
[Profile]->[Upgrade], you can change your user type to Buyer or
Seller. |
| How can I comment to
my trading partner? |
| There is a link in the
trade notification email for putting a comment to your trading
partner. This link will be valid in 90 days. Click the link, you
will have a form to comment the partner. |
| Why do you ask for
my name and address? |
| We treat you
personal information seriously. It will never be released to any
third party. You have to trust us just like trust any service
providers. When there is a deal between seller and buyer, a trade
notification will be delivered to your email box. You can click a
link to send email through our internal mail management system to
communicate with your trading partner. Only user name is used, your
email address will not be exposed to any one. It will also help
us to prevent some Internet players to sell and
bid on our site without responsible. As a seller, you don't like
some one out there to bid your selling item without responsible for
it. As a buyer, you don't like some one out there selling a
no-existing item on our site. You trust us, we trust you. |
| How do you count the
first month trade for free? |
| When you first register
user account with us, the day of the month will be a day in every
month to generate your monthly trade report. Any sold trade happened
in the past month will be counted in your monthly statement. If
there is no any sold trade, the monthly statement will be skipped.
No bill will be sent to you.
For example, you sign up an account on the date 09/20/2005,
the monthly report will be generated on the day 10/20/2005 and so
on. If there are some sold trades between these dates, this period
will be treated as first month trades. If there is no sold trade
happened during this period, the first month ending date will be
expanded to next month.
So you will always have the first month free of charge. |
| Can I build my own
store? How is your store solution work? |
| Yes. You can build your store on
our site with our provided templates, and also you can design
your own store front page. With some hyperlink macros in your home
page, customer can surf within your store and purchase your store
products.
For the purpose to compete with others solution providers, we
provide the lowest priced store solution. Open a store is free, , no
limited uploading, and no monthly maintenance charge. Store
shopping cart will be available to your customer. We implemented a
special feature for you and your customer to decide final shipment
cost.
When a customer comes in your store and and ready to check out
his/her selected products, you will be notified by email. After a
negotiation of the shipment for whole package, you and your customer
will decide a success sale.

| How bargain service
works? |
| Bargain service is a
"flea market" function on our trading platform. It allows
seller to sell multiple pieces of goods at the same period of time.
Re-list service is free.
Seller can negotiate different selling prices with multiple
buyers, and seal a deal with buyers even with difference prices. A message board
will used for a negotiating group of both seller and buyers to discuss the selling
item. Seller can choose to deal with any buyer at the buyer's offer
price, or buyer can choose to deal with the seller at the seller's
asking price.
Only the best offering price will be posted publicly, but a new
ask price and offer price with a specified buyer will not be available to
others.
To guarantee a fair trade, please don't post your personal
information such as name, phone number, and email address on the
message board. |
| How is your
classified Ads work? |

User can post a week long classified Ad for free. It will take up
to for pictures and a video clip. Only seller is allowed to post
up to a month long classified Ad. The charge will be posted on
his/her account with us. We
collect the payment monthly, if there is a balance on your account.
A monthly statement will be emailed out to you. Our
classified Ads can be searched by location. Most user like to search
local Ad, and do not care about an Ad in other area, the "Category
& Location & Text" combination will help people to search
Ads effectively. |
