To post a message, you have to be a member. The membership is free on ePtoP.com. You can find a link to member sign-up in the site home page.

  When a user browses any topic after signed up in this site, there will be a posting message box showed on the page. All you typed messages will be posted immediately. A visitor just can browse all the messages without a post permission.
