StockPicker (v1.0)

What is StockPicker?
Stock picker actually is a stock sorting program. It sorts stocks in a bottom up order by missing percentage against its average price. Like a "Swing", the most recent loss stock, the most position closer to the top of list it will be.
What is the input data?
The input should like the following data format.
- - - - - BHI 82.03 77.76 Down 0.99 Down 1.26% Chart, Message, Profile, more...
- - - - - WBS 19.28 22.71 Up 0.17 Up 0.75% Chart, Message, Profile, more...

The best comes from the basic list of "My portfolios" at http://finance.yahoo.com. You can choose to use 50 day or 200 day view.

What is the output page?
The output page will have 4 colored sections. The top part is a list of stocks which are away from its average more than 3%. The bottom part is a list of stocks which are above its average more that 3%.
Is there any risk?
StockPicker is just a online tool for helping you make a right decision. You have to practice your own method to invest. The only suggestion is "Buy low, sell high" that always win.
