• A user can sign up an account on ePtoP.com freely. But you have to acknowledge there will be a risk of loss of asset when you are using this site to browse, question, answer, advertise, buy or sell products. We will not responsible for any kind of your losses. All functions on this site are based on "AS IS" rules. Please reference you local law and rules to use this site. • After you signed up, you will be treated as a 'Visitor'. To be a real user for using all the functions such as 'Question/Answer/Buy/Sell', you have to register your real name, email. Based on local laws and rules, you must keep your promises and follow the trading rules.

• You will receive a 'ConfCode' in your registered email. Due to a spam blocking in many other email servers, you probably need to record the 'ConfCode' from the sign up confirmation message. Buyer pay to the service first, and seller will be notified for sending the purchased items. When a merchandise delivery receipt to release the payment to seller. If there is a dispute, we will help to investigate the situation, and help the arbitration for a settlement.

• We are providing a wallet management features for the convenient of your trades. We promise that you can deposit or withdraw the balance from your wallet at any time。
