are limited to individual over the age of eighteen (18). The legal
person can form a legally binding contract. To use our
service, you acknowledge that you are not eligible to use ePtoP.com
service if you are under eighteen years old. |
| Fees and Service
Charges |
There is no
registration fee on the site. ePtoP.com is focusing on to provide a
user-friendly trading platform for purpose of a person to person
business. Only seller/questioner will be charged for our services, if
the selling item is sold to a buyer. Seller and buyer should arrange their settlement
by themselves. The item information will be remain available in 90 days on
our site.
Seller can re-list the item, if the trade settlement is aborted. The service charge
for this aborted transaction will be credited back to the seller.
Please check the pricing
schedule. We reserve the right to change it any time without
noticing you.
We strongly suggest you to settle your trade transaction with the trading partner through other
trusted third party. This site has no responsible for a loss by a cheating or fraud actions.
For reduce the risk of trade loss, you and your trading partner can choose to use our paid escrow
service, in which the buyer will pay to the service, the payment will be released to the seller,
until confirm to receive the merchandise, or settlement date reached without any complain.
To build a trust over your trading partner, we strongly suggest you to check the user's credit score managed in this site.
